The ‘Unbelievable Kick'

CHALLENGE: Furphy has been one of Lion’s quiet achievers. After launching in 2014, the beer has been steadily growing in popularity in Victoria. Named after the aussie term for a tall story, it was time for the brand to be truly launched Australia-wide.

IDEA: We created the brand platform, ‘Unbelievable’. A platform that talks to the quality and of the beer but importantly also to the iconic term for a tall tale. In a time when entertaining beer ads seem to be a thing of the past, our ‘Unbelievable Kick’ TVC launched the ‘Unbelievable’ platform with a bang. The campaign stretched across outdoor, social and TV. 

RESULTS: Awareness and sells of Furphy has increase across the board and particularly in NSW and Queensland. Off the back of the success of the ‘Unbelievable’ launch, a new product skew ‘Furphy Crisp Lager’ will be launched under the same platform to further grow the Furphy brand throughout Australia.
