We keep things pretty simple around here by only hiring two kinds of people: Thinkers and Tinkers.  Not because it’s easier, but because it means we get it wrong less. Unlike other agencies, a Thinker and a Tinker front every account we have, doing away with traditional batton-passing. It’s also nice for our clients to get to know the people coming up with their ideas, and vice versa.

Thinkers [thing-kers] noun:

a cross between strategy-types and suity-types, they ask a lot of questions and listen very carefully for the answers. They’re problem solvers and punctual, and know how to drive business results. They know how to get shit done.

Tinkers [ting-kers] noun:

creativey-types who hit things with hammers, pull things apart and put them back together again. They’re intelligent enough to listen to client’s needs, and creative enough to know how to deliver and delight. They know how to get shit done.
