This accreditation means all of Thinkerbell’s productions are now proudly certified Inclusively Made – embedding inclusion as a standard, not an afterthought.
Earlier this year, Thinkerbell was one of the founding partners of The Inclusive 100, launched by Inclusively Made in Melbourne and Sydney. The initiative unites many of Australia’s most influential brands and agencies with a shared mission: to transform the industry through accountable inclusion rather than tokenistic gestures.
Margie Reid, CEO of Thinkerbell, said:
“At Thinkerbell, we believe great ideas should reflect all people. As one of the first signatories on the National Inclusion Commitment, we’re very proud to be working alongside Henry and Paul from Inclusively Made as we help develop our approach to inclusive production and how we can champion inclusivity both in front of and behind the camera. It’s not just about representation—it’s about co-creation, authenticity, and making inclusion business as usual.”
The launch brought together more than 85 attendees from agencies and brands across Melbourne and Sydney, with enthusiasm and commitment to embedding inclusive production practices evident throughout.
Paul Nunnari, CEO of Inclusively Made, added:
“As CEO of Inclusively Made and as a person with disability I am so proud and thankful for the support of Thinkerbell in supporting our vision and this initiative. Thinkerbell have been leading inclusion with us from day one in all they do, and with the brands they work with. Together we have made a real difference and we will continue to do so- nothing about us without us. “
