Celebrating 60 years of the Bathurst 1000, as well as the successful introduction of the new Gen 3 racers, Repco and Thinkerbell knew we needed to Bring the Bathurst bigger and better than ever before. So it was a stroke of luck when we found the glove.
Thinkerbell Executive Creative Tinker Ben Couzens says: “In Repco’s third year of Bringin’ the Bathurst, we knew we needed to keep raising the octane. When we found this bloke bragging in a pub we simply decided to follow him around with a camera. Happy to report that Angry Anderson was not harmed in the making of this work.”
For lovers of overdone snags and the smell of burning rubber, Bringin’ the Bathurst is running up to and throughout the race in October. It can currently be found doing burnouts in the car park as a long-form film, multiple cuts for TV + online, print, social, radio, POS, catalogue and digital, with a couple of high octane surprises along the way.
