Furphy
Furphy created a real-life tall-tale of their own by installing a 7.8 tonne beer-truck between two skyscrapers in Sydney’s CBD.

BACKGROUND: Furphy wanted to launch their new Crisp Lager.
To stand out in a saturated market, they needed to do something truly unbelievable.

IDEA: Furphy created a real-life tall-tale of their own by installing a 7.8 tonne beer-truck between two skyscrapers in Sydney’s CBD. The truck literally stopped commuters in their tracks, with images of the billboard-in-disguise going viral within hours.

RESULT: Going viral on TikTok wasn’t the only thing the truck delivered, it also drove up some serious PR results. Media coverage of the beer reached over 25 million impressions, breaking records for engagement across PedestrianTV, LadBible, Betoota Advocate, as well as massive news story juggernauts like the Australian and DailyMail, taking Crisp Lager from unknown to the most talked about beer in the country, achieving something truly ‘unbelievable’.

(It also received a truck-tonne of attention from all major Award shows!)
