Now in its sixth year sponsoring the great race, Repco is ‘Bringin’ the Bathurst’ like never before by launching a new crash course in drivers’ ed – designed just for rev heads. The Repco Bathurst Driving School puts eager Supercars fans to the test, to see if they’d really have what it takes to take on Mount Panorama.
The school officially opens its garage doors on October 8th, when thousands of rowdy Supercars pilgrims descend on the otherwise sleepy NSW town. Here, eager students will put their Bathurst Lore to the test, learning important skills, such as how to maintain an appropriate 2-inch distance from the vehicle in front.
Naturally, track safety is of utmost importance at Bathurst Driving School. There is even an entire module dedicated to Bathurst-specific hazards, such as rogue roos, or massive rocks – like the one that totalled Dick Johnson’s Falcon 1980.
For those who can’t make it to Bathurst, fans can watch the pre-recorded video lesson online, full of nods to classic Bathurst moments, and starring Supercars legend Neil Crompton with his crew of trusted driving instructors including top drivers Greg Murphy, Brodie Kostecki, Dave Reynolds and more.

Repco will be ‘Bringin the Bathurst’ with their revved up ‘Bathurst Driving School’ up to and throughout The Great Race in October, at the track, across multiple ‘lessons’ across Socials, Video, OOH, Digital and in store alongside plenty of surprises and treats for fans along the journey.
